争一个方式状语从句，或定语从句的句号，或比较状语从句（你少说了一个），没多大意义，我看到这个网站也多次就这个讨论过，结果越搞越复杂。我们记住as作连词在这种情况下表达in the same way，just like这个最原始本真的意思就行了。Spiders are not insects, as many people think.这句话里有not，而not...as不能分离，故这句话只能是“蜘蛛不像很多人认为的那样是昆虫”。记得这个否定结构就行了，不要挖得太深，多记忆几个句子，就不会错了He is not a soldier, as one might expect.人们可能认为他是士兵，可实际他不是。Keep tactics that work; reevaluate tactics that didn't work as you thought they should.
